This month we celebrate our Bernadette, a.k.a. Bee! This inspiring mama has been here with us at HQ for many trips around the sun, and we cherish her special sweet vibe like no other! You don’t see her much at the shop because these days she’s a busy mama of one (and later this month TWO!), so she helps us behind the scenes with content creation, inner and outer workings on the Betty website, and writing our rad newsletter and the Betty Blog.
“I’m really into staying in a positive state of mind & body through time spent in nature, and practicing yoga. My everyday happy place is in my kitchen having a dance party, cooking healthy yummy bites for my little growing family, as I’m almost 9mo pregnant with baby two on the way any day!…
“On my most recent adventure, I went on a mini road trip up the Pacific Coast Highway through Big Sur, up to San Francisco & into to the redwood forrest just outside Santa Cruz for a great little outdoor festival. It was sooo beautiful & very peaceful being amongst the wise ancient trees, staying in a cute cabin along the San Vincente River & getting on a dance floor to boogie in the fresh piney air with my lil babe Sage....
Right now I am really into DIY projects & leveling up my baking skills with healthy, superfood ingredients (my three year old loves to bake) .…
My goals in life are to just continue my journey & learn every day on how I can live an authentic life filled with lots of love, inspired purpose, and heart-filled gratitude..”
