In October, the days get shorter & darker– but our Betty of the Month, Maddie Huot (aka Mads at HQ) is the soul full of sunshine that keeps our cozy corner bright with her beaming smile, but more so with her brilliant, beautiful vibe!
We originally hired Mads as a high school seasonal worker for holiday and that we loved her so much that we found a way to keep her, and here we are four years later and she’s a manager, doing a large part of our product and lifestyle photography, and a lot of our social media as well! We got the latest, here’s what she shared…“I have been working at Betty Belts now for almost 4 years and I am so blessed to get to work with such an amazing group of women. I just graduated from a Community College here in Ventura with my Associate in Kinesiology and I am now pursuing my bachelor’s degree in exercise science with the hope of helping others live healthier lives.”
“My favorite hobbies outside Betty Belts include surfing, spending time in nature, camping, hiking, and being with friends and family. This summer, my family and I visited Arizona, and the landscape was unreal! We explored Bullhead City, Flagstaff, Sedona, and Prescott, and each location left us in awe.”
“One passion of mine is creating! I love creating new healthy recipes in the kitchen and sharing them on my @madzywellness Instagram. I love sharing that eating healthy and living a healthier lifestyle does not have to be boring. I also have a deep passion for photography and videography. These are my ways of capturing the beauty of life.
