“On my most recent surf adventure I was fortunate enough to travel to Salina Cruz Mexico a few weeks ago with two friends. We scored some epic warm water waves. This was my second time to Mexico, and I have to say, it might be my new favorite place to travel! The food was amazing, and the people were even better. The right point breaks are really similar to what I surf at home during the winter- it turned out to be the perfect pre-season practice…
“With contests on hold and more time at home, I have been focusing on building my physical fitness outside of surfing with activities such as running, hiking, and mountain biking. I think I am the strongest I have ever felt and look forward to the resume of competition…
My goals for 2020 are to maintain a solid home routine and to focus on my school work. It is my senior year and I am in the process of college applications and taking the SAT. Luckily, I have surfing to keep me sane through all of the hard work.“
