SHIPPING & TRACKING

Currently we ship all orders with USPS, generally within 24 hours from Ventura, California, Mondays-Thursdays. (Yes, we ship Fridays and Saturdays too, if we can.)

Priority Mail can take up to 3 days to U.S. destinations, despite what USPS may say. First Class can take 2-10 days to U.S. destinations, 6-30+ days for international.  You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is processed and ready to ship. It can take up to a day to be trackable, depending on when it gets scanned by USPS.
Orders received before 11:00 A.M. PST Monday-Thursday are usually shipped same day, but there is no guarantee. Calculate an extra day when you order just to be safe.

If you have any questions or special needs, we can help. Just call us at the retail store 805-648-6997 12-6 PST Tues.-Sun. or 3-6 Mondays. If we can’t pick up, it just means we got too busy with customers and will need to call you back. So be sure to leave a message!

EXCHANGES

New, unused items may be exchanged for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at Service@Bettybelts.com with your order number and item you wish to return. Be prepared to ship the item in any box to us at:
